I wonder how many people in the world who:

-think too much on what they're gonna say
-are happy just to have company
-wonder what would've happened if something turned out differently
-dreams both faintly about real life and lucidly of imagination
-have deja vu at the strangest moments because of those dreams
-figured their bedroom window faces directly east and a bathroom directly west by observing light
-enjoys procrastination a bit too much
-wishes that they had an ambition/plans for the future other than what they're obligated to do...

because I'd be one of them.

Ugh I just want to sleep all day. I've run out of things to do these holidays and my internet is too slow to do anything practical...and I'd rather avoid talking to certain people because I've run out of patience for nice conversations...could go on complaining
I wish I was busy like my other friends with all their co-curriculars.

I love the city tonight

The Primary school reunion wasn't too bad. The boys have grown heaps. Poor me Lulu, Vera and Helen were stuck in a group to awkward to talk to them-while the rest of them talked freely as old mates. (Vera made an excellent effort to get Helen in the 'circle') Maybe because their schools are so close anyway.

I stayed behind longer to avoid the rush hour, so that was well past 6 o'clock. I forgot how clean the night air is- and how beautiful the city was by dusk. Then when into the QVB to get a gourmet chocolate. Yum♥ At about $120 per kilo (after some precise calculation).

So that's about it in a nutshell.
I really wish I had a proper new camera. I want to get into photography someday.

must.not.neglect.blog

My friends stopped blogging during the holidays. Just when you needed to be in communication with them the most.sigh.
But I shall keep it up. Sort of

I started that maths assignment thing at the beginning of the holidays. Three weeks after it was handed out and a don't have the list of selected questions. So I decided neatly that I'll do every second one. I hope I get away with it.

Also: Primary school reunion ♥♥♥
Yeah it's the second one
And yeah, I've been to three different primary schools.

Had a bit of a chat with the old mates on facebook. Hardly have changed one bit. Hah.
It's shame that the really important people, Celeste, Shirley, Lulu aren't coming.
But this time Cindy did also organise the guys to come too.

I have also decided that I don't like those gloomy bear arm keychains. Creepy.

She gazes at the moon with violet eyes

Mellow moonlight
True
Unbroken by shadow
Casts its protective gaze
over a world of dreamers

My attempt at poetry. haha.
Was thinking about it late at night when I realised I left the curtain open and moonlight was keeping me awake. No, I didn't go to pull the curtain, I was too tired.
A blue moon (second full moon in a month) twice in a row! I wonder if it is a lucky omen...

The subject of Elizabeth Taylor came up today with my parents. I had no idea she was so famous that she has a Chinese-ified pronounciation of her name.
Which also leads to my favorite urban myth: Alexandra's genesis. Apparently it's a genetic mutation that leads to the female (nope sorry guys) to inherit superior human physical characteristics, e.g. extremely strong immune system, longer lifespan and to be fertile without menstruation?. Those that have it are characterised by a American-European appearance but with black hair and violet eyes. (hmm...Elizabeth Taylor?)
Yeah it's a load of sci-fi but I wish it was true. D:
Some believe it exist though.

As for me-I spent more time on gaia's MMO. I'm really getting into unhealthy habits u_u

Hmm...something random I drew today. Dita Von Tease?
Stayed home today. Shops are always closed on Good Friday...except for cinemas. What a waste of fine sunny day. Apparently it's the first sunny Easter in six years so far.

New addiction: Hotel City (yeah by the same guys as Restaurant City). I hate you playfish.

I also want to visit the Glebe markets someday. Just googled it and released that it was on the same road I went on my way out of Broadway.

I've run out of things to say already. I admire the effort people take to write something philosophical and deep. I'm not that sort of person. Though I think about things a lot-it sounds messed up when I write it down.

And also...thank God my internet speed is back to normal. I thought my brain would melt out of my ears from waiting.

April Fools

Can you believe it? I've been fooled twice today.

Normally my science teacher lists the tasks for the lesson on the whiteboard. Today is was to be a report on a recent earthquake in Western Australia. What we found was a prank article done by some radio station. hah.

The second was on Getaway. A feature on the 'newest nation on earth' a french Pacific Island, with a Art Deco inspired town as it's capital and 19th century German carpenters making the journey to villages...mud baths created by atomic bomb testing, and the fact that they had to use bacon as currency because of the Global financial crisis.
Haha, it sounds bad when it's written out but it was pretty believable to the point when the presenter started waving the New Zealand flag. Hell they even got the news guy to back them up.
